Custom Wig Service- Providing your own hair

POLICIES-  PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ORDER

  • DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS ORDER BEING CUSTOM ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • YOU CAN PROVIDE YOUR HAIR OR YOU CAN ORDER YOUR HAIR FROM US

HAIR RULES

​

  • We accept used and unused hair

  • We recommend that you do not mix your hair vendors or hair companies to ensure best results

  • We do not accept cut wefts, and wefts that are less than 5 inches in width

  • We don't accept hair with weaving thread in them, please remove prior or £10 fee will be added

  • We do not accept hair with bonding glue or any kind of adhesive on them

  • We do not accept synthetic hair

  • If you are shipping hair that has been used, bundle them according to length and label them

  • Please do not ship wet hair

  • If used hair arrives dirty or tangled there will be a fee of £25 to wash or detangle them

  • We do not except closures/frontals that have adhesive or balding areas

SHIPPING US YOUR HAIR

If you are sending your own hair that you intend to use for the construction of your wig unit, you will need to package it and ship it to us. We suggest using a recorded/ secure delivery service. You will need to enclose an insert in your package that includes the details listed below.

  • Your name and the return address

  • Your contact number

  • Your e-mail address

  • Head measurements

  • The amount and specifics (i.e. number of bundles & closures/ frontal, lengths, hair texture

  • Any specifications or custom options for styling as indicated on your payment invoice. (i.e. colour option, side or middle part placing etc)

If you intend to have your hair shipped directly from a company or vendor please email us with the lengths and textures that will be sent directly to us. When your package arrives we will send you a picture of what was sent prior to us starting your custom unit

  • It's recommended that you put the right value amount when shipping your package in case of any loss or damages from the shipping company 

  • All the hair you provide will be used unless you advised otherwise. Any hair that is not used will be returned to you

  • Please ensure that you choose to have your package signed for at delivery. We will notify you via email within 24 hours that your package has been received 

  • Please choose that if any duties or taxes are charged that it is re directed to you or your package will rejected and held at the postal office till it's paid for or sent back to you

  • Please don't ship your hair in fancy packaging if you will like to keep it. We discard all packaging

  • We are not responsible for any shipping delays that the shipping company may have 

  • Ebonyb's Real Hair will not be responsible for any damaged and loss packages due to the shipping company. We will not be held responsible for packages that have not reached our destination, nor will we provide compensation for loss or damaged packages

  • Please update us with your tracking number once your order has been shipped via email
